  1. The LandFi Solution

Roadmap

LandFi’s roadmap balances ambitious delivery with pragmatic execution. Each phase is focused on building a sustainable utility token ecosystem backed by real-world staking flows, on-chain participation, and decentralised governance. All initiatives are aligned with compliance, technical readiness, and user adoption.

Q2 2025 – Foundation & Infrastructure

  • Finalise legal setup for the dual-entity model (Token Company + Property Operations Company)

  • Release the full LandFi whitepaper (v1.1)

  • Develop and audit smart contracts for LND token issuance and staking logic

  • Begin property and land acquisition research and establish auction channel partnerships

  • Launch the official website with staking previews and utility breakdowns

  • Open the Private Sale round, allocating 20% of raised capital for the first RWA stake (Property Operations Company)

Q3 2025 – Staking Platform Launch

  • Conduct Pre-Sale and Public Sale rounds

  • Launch the Token Generation Event (TGE)

  • Deploy the LandFi staking platform (LND staking pools go live)

  • Begin pilot buy-back & burn events using property revenue (if available)

  • Property Operations Company acquires initial land sites for flip and resale

  • Release simulated staking pools for non-local or international users

  • Begin phased KYC integration and user onboarding

  • Roll out initial influencer and marketing campaigns

Q4 2025 – Listings, Real Property Cycles & DAO

  • List LND on decentralised exchanges (e.g. Uniswap, PancakeSwap)

  • Submit for listing on mid-tier centralised exchanges

  • Commence first real-world-linked staking cycles (LND and USDC reward pools)

  • Execute DAO-controlled buy-back and burn events based on revenue contribution from land cycles

  • Launch the DAO portal, enabling proposals and basic governance votes

  • Expand PR and marketing outreach across crypto, DeFi, and RWA communities

  • Publish DAO-controlled treasury wallet and Bitcoin reserve strategy

Q1–Q2 2026 – Scaling Utility and Ecosystem

  • Transition the DAO to full governance of:

    • Treasury allocations

    • Staking pool configurations

    • Future RWA partnership approvals

  • Launch new staking pool types (e.g. holiday rental, seasonal, partner projects)

  • Expand pool durations: 30, 60, 90, and 180-day options

  • Launch real-world campaign-based staking tied to specific property transactions

  • Plan for international expansion of Property Operations in priority markets

  • Maintain consistent buy-back, redistribution, and DAO reporting cycles

  • Introduce dashboard and quarterly transparency reports for token holders

Q3–Q4 2026 – Global Reach & Growth

  • Launch international staking simulations (e.g. Dubai, Caribbean, Southeast Asia)

  • Secure listings on Tier 1 exchanges, subject to liquidity, performance, and compliance

  • Release a mobile app for staking, DAO voting, and reward tracking

  • Expand educational + referral systems (gamified onboarding for new users)

  • Host the first LandFi community summit or DAO-led strategy event

  • Form strategic partnerships with RWA operators, property groups, and Web3 platforms

  • Prepare governance proposals to expand staking into new RWA sectors (beyond property)

Note: Roadmap milestones and timelines are subject to revision based on technical delivery, market readiness, and regulatory guidance. All forward-looking phases will be executed in line with LandFi’s compliance-first approach.
