5) How LandFi Works

The Process
Capital formation: LND token sales and ecosystem revenues fund the LandFi treasury, creating the capital base for acquisitions, product development, and platform growth.
Deployment: Capital is deployed into a diversified mix of real estate acquisitions and ecosystem products. This includes:
Short-cycle opportunities such as auction flips and subdivision projects (30–60 day cycles).
Strategic developments such as the Barbados resort project and Middle East build-to-sell opportunities, designed to deliver larger, longer-term contributions.
Ecosystem products such as the Acquisition & Development Fund, Asset Backer, Tax-Efficient Managed Property (TEMP), and the LandFi Spend-to-Earn Visa Card, which add new participation models and revenue streams.
Proceeds: A significant share of net real-estate and product revenues are contributed back to the LandFi ecosystem. As more partners and products come online, these contributions compound year after year, strengthening rewards, treasury growth, and token value.
Redistribution: Contributions are used for USDC and LND rewards, buy-back & burn events, and DAO treasury growth (BTC/ETH/LND/USDC)
Annual review: Deployed capital is reviewed annually. The LandFi team makes final decisions on whether to recommit, reallocate, or diversify across partners and strategies, with DAO input helping to guide priorities.
Key Principles
Short-term windows: 30–60 day staking pool cycles aligned to acquisition timelines.
Selective long-term projects: A portion of capital is committed to higher-value strategic developments (e.g., Barbados resort, Middle East projects) that deliver larger contributions over longer periods.
Multiple revenue streams: Additional products and services diversify contributions and sustain the ecosystem.
Stable options: USDC pools for predictability; LND pools for ecosystem alignment.
Utility access only: On-chain participation, not equity or profit entitlement.
Smart contract transparency: All flows and distributions are handled by auditable smart contracts, ensuring fairness and consistency. While rewards are variable and depend on ecosystem performance, participants can verify all transactions on-chain.
Partners & Vetting
Current partner: LND Holdings executes short-cycle deals and select developments.
Contribution: 30 % of net proceeds to the token ecosystem.
Vetting: Legal/title checks, financial model review (base/worst-case), track record verification, delivery capacity/insurance, jurisdictional compliance.
Admission of new partners: Internal committee due diligence; DAO provides advisory input on the onboarding policy.
Monitoring: Milestone-based drawdowns, monthly KPIs, quarterly DAO dashboard reports, and on-chain publication of contribution transactions.
