* Targeted campaigns across X, Telegram, and with key KOL partners
* Strategic contributors onboarded
* Finalise smart contract audits for staking platform
* Beta staking platform available for public testing 
* Seed rounds launch

#### **Q1-Q2 2026: Launch**

* Token Generation Event (TGE) and DEX listing
* LND distributed with 12-month liquidity lock activated
* Production staking platform goes live
* DAO Treasury and buy-back fund seeded on-chain
* First real estate acquisition cycle executed via LND Holdings
* Initial USDC rewards distributed within 30–60 days
* Governance MVP activated (treasury and pool voting)
* Buy-back & burn mechanism initiated

#### **Q3-Q4 2026: Growth** 

* 2nd and 3rd acquisition cycles completed 
* Launch new staking pools with multiple durations (30, 60 or 90 days)
* USDC rewards scale with proceeds, published monthly
* Staking pool leaderboards and milestone tracking dashboards launched
* DAO Treasury reports released quarterly
* Begin CEX application process
* Launch Acquisition & Development Fund for larger projects
* Asset Backer feature released
* Release of the LandFi iOS/Android app 
* Gamification features: staking streak rewards, badges, restaking bonuses
* Community referral program launched with on-chain tracking

#### **Q1-Q2 2027: Scale** 

* Expand deal flow into new regions (Europe, Asia)
* DAO votes on onboarding new acquisition partners
* Diversified treasury allocations and new staking pool categories introduced
* Real-time analytics dashboards expanded
* Launch of LandFi Spend-to-Earn Visa Card
* Revenue streams from multiple acquisition partners flowing monthly
