LND is a utility token that grants access, not ownership.

#### **Current Utility (Live at Launch)**

* **Pool Access:** Stake LND to unlock USDC reward pools and LND redistribution pools.
* **DAO Governance:** Vote on treasury allocation, new acquisition partners, pool configurations, and ecosystem proposals.
* **Loyalty Incentives:** Earn additional LND through staking streaks, governance participation, and community engagement.
* **Early Access:** Priority participation in real estate-themed pools, simulated bundles, and gated ecosystem features.

#### **Year-1 Priorities (Q4 2025-Q4 2026)**

* **Real-World Rental Simulations:** USDC pools simulating rental income from real estate contributions.
* **NFT Access Cards:** Pool keys, membership tiers, and whitelist passes for premium staking opportunities.
* **LandFi Spend-to-Earn Visa Card:** A LandFi-branded Visa card will allow holders to spend anywhere Visa is accepted, earning LND back on every transaction.
* **Universal Spending:** Earn a base rate of LND rewards for all purchases worldwide.
* **Partner Boosts:** Get additional LND back when spending with partnered merchants, property rental platforms, or travel providers.
* **Staking-Linked Tiers:** Higher staking commitments may unlock better reward rates or exclusive perks.
* **Token-Gated Campaigns:** DAO-proposed refurbishments, development initiatives, or property improvement campaigns.
* **Acquisition & Development Fund:** A longer-term pooled fund allowing participants to commit capital to larger, higher-margin developments. Rewards accrue throughout the build period, and participants share in exit-linked contributions on completion.

* **Concierge Integrations:** Book upgrades, discounted stays, and exclusive experiences with staked or spent LND.
* **Tax Efficient Managed Property (TEMP):** A fully managed property program where LandFi acquires, operates, and rents properties (e.g., Airbnb-style short-term lets). Management is handled by LandFi or partners. Participants can opt to receive crypto payouts (BTC, LND, or stablecoins) in a tax-optimised format for their jurisdiction.
